Q: What is ALVAYAN? A: ALVAYAN is a premium, minimalist lifestyle brand specializing in high-end Men’s Panjabis. We focus on exquisite craftsmanship, superior fabrics, and timeless embroidery.

Q: Why are there no models in your product photos? A: ALVAYAN follows a strict model-free policy. We believe that the product should speak for itself. By focusing solely on the garment, we allow our customers to appreciate the intricate details, textures, and embroidery without any distractions.

 

2. Products & Sizing

Q: How can I ensure I am ordering the correct size? A: Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your best-fitting Panjabi and comparing those dimensions with our chart to find your perfect fit.

Q: Are the product colors accurate? A: We use high-resolution photography and uniform lighting to capture the most accurate colors. However, depending on your device’s screen settings, slight color variations may occur.

 

3. Orders & Shipping

Q: How do I place an order? A: Simply select your preferred Panjabi, choose your size, and add it to the cart. Proceed to checkout, provide your delivery details, and choose your preferred payment method.

Q: What are your delivery charges? A: Delivery charges vary based on your location (Inside Dhaka or Outside Dhaka). You can view the exact shipping cost at the checkout page before finalizing your order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders inside Dhaka typically arrive within 2-3 working days. For orders outside Dhaka, please allow 3-5 working days.

 

4. Payments

Q: Which payment methods do you accept? A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. Additionally, we support all major Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and Online Fund Transfers via SSLCommerz.

Q: Is there an EMI facility available? A: Yes, EMI facilities are available for eligible bank credit cards through our secure SSLCommerz payment gateway during the checkout process.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your exchange policy? A: We allow exchanges within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.
