1. Exchange Policy

We offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure you find the perfect fit and style:

  • Duration: You may request an exchange within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition as received, with all original tags and premium packaging intact.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in justified and valid cases to maintain our brand integrity:

  • Eligible Cases: * If the product delivered is found to be defective or damaged.

    • If the incorrect item was delivered (different from the order placed).

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment (SSLCommerz) or via bank transfer within a specified number of working days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or tailored Panjabis.

  • Items purchased during specific “Final Sale” events.

  • Gift Cards.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), ALVAYAN will bear the shipping costs. For standard exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
